Rhode Island State Police issued the following news release: On March 11, 2008 at 8:55 PM, troopers arrested Kathleen A. Theroux, age 45, of 44 Dunedin Street, Cranston on a Sixth Division District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for an Ability to Pay Hearing on August 4, 2005 on an original charge of Operating with a Suspended License by the East Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a report of a disturbance at 86A Hopkins Hill Road, Exeter. Subject processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and released by a Justice of the Peace.
