WASHINGTON, March 13 - The U.S. Veterans Administration said it wants to set up a Veterans Rural Health Advisory Committee to advise the secretary on healthcare issues affecting veterans in rural areas. The committee will evaluate current VA rural health program activities, identify existing barriers to rural health services, and recommend strategies to improve those services for veterans.
