Half Moon Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica, is promoting what it calls its "sleep amenities." At its new Fern Tree Spa, a new "chief spa elder" promises programs to help guests develop better sleep habits and offers sleep aids ranging from a Jamaica bush bath (freshly picked herbs, roots, leaves and fruit in warm water) to a "brainwave entrainment" program that teaches the two hemispheres of the brain to co-operate in letting the owner get some shut-eye.
The resort also features "memory beds" in its six beachfront suites, which have NASA-designed technology that includes memory foam, plush fabric and alternating coils to eliminate motion transfer: if he jumps around, you won't feel it. ...
