Team Quality Services, located in Auburn, represents the classic tale of tapping into an unmet need in the marketplace. That's just what Chris Straw did ten years ago. As a result, he is now the president of a multi-million dollar company that provides quality support services to industries throughout North America.
The story begins in 1997. Straw was a full-time pilot in the Air Force Reserves. His wife, Shelly, was working for an employment agency.
