Acquisition specialist Global Logistics Acquisition Corp. said it has purchased the Clark Group Inc., a logistics supplier to the print industry, and renamed itself Clark Holdings Inc.
Clark Holdings said Feb. 13 it will still trade initially under its previous ticker symbol, GLA. Clark Holdings said last May that it planned to acquire Clark Group for $75 million in cash and stock.
