The recreation vehicle (RV) industry is rebounding strongly from the recession, according to newly released market data. Both retail and wholesale figures are up sharply, along with other trends and indicators, and Utah dealers are no exception.

Indicators compiled by Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA), the national association representing nearly 500 manufacturers and component suppliers producing approximately 98 percent of all RVs made in, the United States. reveal a double-digit rise in wholesale shipments since January; increased retail sales activity; record attendance at RV retail shows; a surge in RV rentals; increased campground occupancy and bookings; strong RV travel ...
