The Maryland Department of Human Resources issued the following news release:

Department of Human Resources Implements Interactive Voice Response SystemBaltimore: The Department of Human Resources is implementing technological enhancements to make it easier for children to receive child support. Effective April 1, 2008, parents who pay child support may make payments using an interactive voice response system (IVR). Payments can be made by debit card (bank account/MasterCard or Visa debit card) or credit card (MasterCard only).
