ABSTRACT

Comprehensive insights on students' educational needs in informational and relational terms represent a necessary first step in the educational reform. Such insights require an instrument that can fill the gap between qualitative and quantitative research techniques. The Repertory Grid Test (RGT) is a set of rating scales that permits straightforward descriptions of the way a person views the world in his or her own terms.
