Article: BAY COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL HOSTS PET EXPO

Bay County issued the following news release:

Bay County Animal Control will host the second annual Pet Expo from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 12 at the Animal Control Facility at 6401 Bay Line Drive.

Throughout the day there will be demonstrations by the Bay County Sheriff's K9 Unit and the Greater Panama City Dog Fanciers. There will also be a free concert from Barbara Wing and her Pomeranian, Aries, and a Top Dog Competition starting at 1:30 p.m.

The entry fee for the competition is $5 and will go to the Bay County Animal Control Outreach Fund, and there will be prizes for the first-, second- and third-place finishers. The fund is designed to help animal education efforts, as well ...
