ebookers.com issued the following news release: Recently, St Pancras International publicly announced the findings of its first ever Ipsos MORI exclusive customer survey. Quite interestingly, the principal points becoming evident from the survey are found to be far better than what the staff at the St Pancras International airport were actually expecting.

The survey brings to surface that 93% of passengers interviewed affirmed that they were just satisfied with the station, while more than half making about 54% were highly satisfied. More than 81% remarked that St Pancras International had just met or even exceeded their expectations. Most notably, no one said they were disappointed
