The Maricopa County Air Quality Department announces $209,876.79 in air quality violation settlements during the month of March. The settlement cases for March are listed below including the following three highest settlements for the month:
Otto Trucking, Inc. signed a settlement agreement for $25,000.00 on March 7th to resolve 10 alleged air quality violations. The alleged violations include: failure to immediately clean up trackout, carryout, spillage and/or erosion; allowing visible fugitive dust emissions to exceed 20% opacity; failure to comply with the required work practices prior to and/or while conducting stacking, loading and ...
