ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 8 -- Mark S. Moriconi of Atherton, Calif., Simon Godik of Seaside, Calif., Mingde Xu of Redwood City, Calif., and Ken Yagen of San Francisco, have developed a method for analyzing computer security policy.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A system and method for analyzing a global security policy in a distributed computing environment. In one embodiment the security policy is a global security policy which is stored in, and managed by, a policy manager located on a server.
