Kenergy Corp. ("Kenergy") is an electric distribution cooperative organized under KRS Chapter 279. On March 21, 2008, Kenergy filed an amendment to a retail electric contract entered between Kenergy and KMMC, L.L.C. d/b/a Knoblick No. 9 Mine ("KMMC").
