Alabama Department of Environmental Management issued the following order:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Environmental Management Act, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is proposing to issue an Order to the Walker County Board of Education which operates a wastewater treatment facility located in Nauvoo, Walker County, Alabama.
The Order addresses NPDES permit violations for exceeding the discharge limits established in the Permit.
The Department is proposing a civil penalty in the amount of $4,100 and stipulated penalties for future violations incurred during the compliance schedule. The order, if issued, would require the Walker County ...
