ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 14 -- Brian Hartman and Michael R. Jones, Jr., both of Thousand Oaks, Calif., Ryan Cunningham of Westlake Village, Calif., Robert Buch of Malibu, Calif., and Laimonas Anusauskas of Westlake Village, Calif., have developed a video download interface.
