The city of Boston issued the following press release:
The Boston Transportation Department is advising motorists that vehicles will be prohibited and parking will be restricted on many streets in Downtown Boston on Sunday, April 20, and Monday, April 21, 2008 due to the 2008 Women's Olympic Marathon Trials and the running of the Boston Marathon. It is strongly recommended that the public use the MBTA to travel to and from Boston this weekend.
