Members were busy in 2007 informing colleagues of the benefits of membership in AAACN. During the Member-get-a-Member campaign, which ran from April 1 to December 31, 2007,132 new members were recruited by members. To qualify, new members needed to write the name of who recruited them on their membership application.

Top prize goes to Carol Rutenberg of Arkansas, who recruited 11 new members. Carol won complimentary conference registration, air fare, and hotel lodging at the 2008 AAACN Annual Conference.
