President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, who is on a working visit to the United States, gave a lecture yesterday about Estonia's success story at the University of South Florida in Tampa. President Ilves gave the audience a short overview of the country's history, the consequences of the Soviet occupation, and the rapid developments during the last 17 years.
