LANSING - A new property development is sprouting between the New River National River boundary and Mill Creek with input from the National Park Service and a partnership with Class VI River Runners.
Wild Rock West Virginia, a product of Optima Properties WV LLC, is an 850-acre residential community that recently purchased 760 acres known as the Taylor Company Property and acquired 60 acres from Class VI.
Carl Frischkorn, Wild Rock West Virginia president and architect by trade, has described Wild Rock as sustainable because of a deliberate eye for meeting present needs without compromising the abilities of future generations to meet their own needs.
