The Humane Society of the United States, the nation's largest animal protection organization, wrote to Baldwin High School Principal Donna Richardson today, asking that she implement a school-wide humane ethics plan that addresses animal cruelty amid allegations a school baseball player bludgeoned a duck to death on the Baldwin, Fla. school grounds.
