WASHINGTON, May 6 -- Rep. Mike Ross, D-Arkansas, has introduced a resolution (H.Res. 1155) "honoring the recipients of the El Dorado Promise scholarship."
The resolution was introduced on April 29. It was referred to the House Education and Labor Committee.
