The Cedar Rapids Police Department is excited to announce the 2008 National Exploited Children's Award (a national award) is being presented to Cedar Rapids Police Investigator Charity Hansel and US Postal Inspector Troy Raper. Hansel and Raper are being recognized for arresting child pornographer James Bentley, who victimized a preschooler and her infant sister.
