Rep. Mike Ross, D-Ark. (4th CD), issued the following news release:

U.S. Representative Mike Ross (AR-04) passed legislation Tuesday he authored honoring recipients of the El Dorado Promise Scholarship Program and recognizing Murphy Oil for its dedication and commitment to the future prosperity of the community. Ross' legislation, H.Res.1155, passed the House of Representatives and was cosponsored by the entire Arkansas Congressional Delegation.
