Article: CRNBC Launches Quality Assurance Consultation

In April 2008, CRNBC will begin a consultation with registered nurses across B.C. about a quality assurance program that will meet the requirements of the Health Professions Act and CRNBC Bylaws. This program will have similar goals to the Nurse Practitioner Quality Assurance Program implemented in 2007. Both programs aim to provide a fair and robust assessment of a registered nurse's practice so that CRNBC can assure the public that registrants meet CRNBC Standards and are safe to practise nursing.
