The town of Fishers issued the following press release:

The Town of Fishers is celebrating Municipal Government Week May 19 through 23 and has planned several events designed to educate residents about town services through interactive activities and events for all ages.

"Municipal government work is not only essential, but it's also pretty interesting too," said Gary A. Huff, Fishers Town Manager. "We encourage our residents to come out and learn a little bit about what we do. Whether young or old, we think we have something going on that will interest everyone."

All events are free to the public. The following activities are planned for the week.
