ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 22 -- Yu-Tung Huang of Taipei, Taiwan, Chi-Yun Chen of Taoyuan County, Taiwan, Shih-Cheng Chiu of Beidou Town, Taiwan, Ken-Huang Lin of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and Kuan-Yu Lin of Niaosong Shiang, Taiwan, have developed a surface acoustic wave (SAW) device.
