Article: MADISON POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES AWARDS FOR IDENTIFYING CULPRIT FOR MURDER OF JOEL MARINO

The city of Madison issued the following news release:

The Madison Police Department would like to remind citizens of the more than $45,000 reward being offered to anyone who can help identify the person responsible for the murder of 31-year-old Joel Marino.

Joel was stabbed inside his West Shore Drive home on January 28, 2008. He was found in an alley between his house and Park Street around 1:20 p.m. The loss of Joel has been profound. His grandmother, Betty Parman, wrote the following:
