ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 23 -- Neal W. Brune of La Quinta, Calif., Andrew R. Dawson of Indio, Calif., George H. Wessels of Pflugerville, Texas, and Kevin M. Ford of Austin, Texas, have developed a safe aircraft decoy flare system.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Pyrotechnic systems and associated methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, a pyrotechnic system includes a combustible material in a housing having a first and second portion.
