Terry McMllten made a good showing in his second NHRA event ever. He failed to qualify in his first race, which was behind the wheel of Doug Foley's second car in Richmond last year, but he fared well in his own dragster this time around. McMillen was No. 12 in the qualifying order on Friday, which sealed his spot in the show because only 16 cars were entered. His team includes tuner John "Bodie" Smith and many crewmembers from Foley's 2007 team, including Steve Moore. McMillen promised sponsors Amalie Oil, CMT, and others at least two NHRA stops this season, but that could turn into four to six stops. "I try to undersell and overdeliver," said McMillen.
