ABBOTSFORD: According to state Rep. Scott Suder, R-Abbotsford, about $885,700 in funds remain available through Wisconsin's Rural Economic Development program, which provides working capital or fixed asset financing for businesses with fewer than 50 employees in rural areas.

BOYCEVILLE: Workforce Resource, Inc. received an $85,000 grant from the Emerging Industries Skills Partnership, Department of Workforce Development. The funding will train up to 135 workers in the biotech and renewable energy cluster of west-central Wisconsin.
