The U.S. Department of Commerce's Patent & Trademark Office issued the following press release:
Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Jon Dudas has appointed Stephen Smith as the agency's Chief Administrative Officer. Smith will be responsible for leading the Offices of Civil Rights, Human Resources, and Corporate Services.
