Traverse City, Mich.-based West Bay Exploration Co. completed #1-6 State-Livonia & West Bay in Section 6-1s-9e, Livonia Township, in northern Wayne County, Mich., within the Livonia city limits. The directional well recovered 200 bbl. of oil and 30,000 cu. ft. of gas a day. According to the company, the well could have a daily potential of 300 bbl. a day. The company also drilled a Niagaran test from the same drill pad.
