The #1 Samuel A. Lipsey, a workover permitted by Tyler, Texas-based Southwest Operating Inc., is active in Anderson County (RRC 6), Texas. The 6,300-ft. venture is in Box W. Roland Survey, A-11, in the Elkhart Field area. It's slated to evaluate Woodbine. The well was originally completed in 1969 at a total depth of 10,513 ft. It flowed 5 million cu. ft. of gas a day and yielded 7.19 billion cu. ft. of gas, 91,260 bbl. of condensate and 22,716 bbl. of water through 2003. Woodbine recovery comes from the field, about 1.25 miles east-northeast. Onstream since 1954, Elkhart Field has yielded a total of 56.08 billion cu. ft. of gas, 625,297 bbl. of condensate and 540,696 bbl. of water from ...
