The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation New Haven Field Office issued the following press release:

Nora R. Dannehy, Acting United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that BRIAN S. TOMPKINS, 30, of Deltona, Florida, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Christopher F. Droney in Hartford six months of imprisonment, followed by two years of supervised release, for distributing anabolic steroids. TOMPKINS pleaded guilty to the offense on September 21, 2007 .
