The city of Vancouver issued the following news release:
The Vancouver Police Department has been appointed as the host agency for the Clark County DUI Task Force Coordinator and Vancouver Police Department Community Policing Specialist Doris Girt has been appointed to the DUI Task Force Coordinator position.
The Washington Traffic Safety Coalition enters into a two year agreement with an agency to appoint someone to oversee and report on multi-jurisdictional law enforcement projects that reduce traffic injuries, deaths and economic losses that result from traffic collisions.
