Article: South Korean Inventor Develops Voice Message to Text Message Conversion Method

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- Soon-Hwan Kwon of Seongnam-si, South Korea, has developed a method for managing voice messages.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein is mobile communication terminal for performing a voice-text message conversion process that includes a memory, a voice data detecting unit, a voice-text converting unit, and a controlling unit."

An abstract of the invention, released by the Patent Office, said: "The memory stores condition information for the voice-text message conversion process.
