Article: Rep. Sessions Introduces Travel Related Industries Protection Act

WASHINGTON, June 5 -- Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas, has introduced the Travel Related Industries Protection Act of 2008 (H.R. 6173), legislation that would "amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to suspend temporarily the excise tax on aviation fuel used in commercial aviation."

The bill was introduced on June 3. It was referred to the House Ways and Means Committee.
