Seventy-five quarto editions of Shakespeare's plays are to be digitized and made accessible online by the Folger Shakespeare Library in conjunction with the University of Oxford, the Shakespeare Institute at the University of Birmingham, and the Maryland Institute of Technology in the Humanities. It is one of five joint projects that received inaugural Transatlantic Digitization Collaboration Grants from the Endowment and the Joint Information Systems Committee, a British organization that supports technology for teaching and resarch.
