ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 7 -- Stephen Francis Bloomer of London, Canada, John Francis Marentette of Tecumseh, Canada, and Richard Donald McWilliam of Shedden, Canada, Yuhua Zhu of Windsor, Canada, have developed an engine induction system.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An induction system is designed for an engine that includes a manifold having a plenum in fluid communication with primary runners.
