The Seven Rules of Effective Communication

For more than 50 years, PRQ has published innumerable articles with advice about effective communication. Is it audacious and redundant for me to write this article? I don't think so, and hope that you agree after reading this. Recent developments in communication can be summarized in three words: e-mail (developed in 1982), cellphone (1984) and blogs (1999).
