For more than 50 years, PRQ has published innumerable articles with advice about effective communication. Is it audacious and redundant for me to write this article? I don't think so, and hope that you agree after reading this. Recent developments in communication can be summarized in three words: e-mail (developed in 1982), cellphone (1984) and blogs (1999). More on this later. Now, for the advice.
