ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- Uwe Werner Ehling of Goldkronach, Germany, Gerald Schmekel of Elmshorn, Germany, Frank Pluckhahn of Bayreuth, Germany, Hans-Werner Fuchs of Thurnau, Germany, and Matthias Link of Bayreuth, Germany, have developed a material pressure conditioning apparatus.
