ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 18 -- Carlton E Brown of Tucson, Ariz., has developed an ornamental design for a deflecting louver with damper, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced.

The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. D571,450 on June 17.

The patent has been assigned to AirConcepts Inc., Tucson.
