Petronas Delays Sudan Refinery

As expected, Malaysian state oil company Petronas has decided to delay plans to build a 100,000-150,000 b/d refinery in Port Sudan, Sudan, due to increased construction costs (face=+Italic; see OW 6/2/2008face=-Italic; ) .
