The Partnership: Three Years On and Counting

It is easier to say what The Partnership is not, rather than what it is. It is not the national library association for Canada; it is not an incorporated body, or even a body formalized with bylaws, or a board of directors, or any of the other trappings of good governance; and it is not an association to which library workers can apply for membership. And yet there are over 8,000 library and information management professionals benefiting from the work done in the name of The Partnership, all across the country.
