ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 20 -- Fu-Yuan Chen of Kao-Hsiung Hsien, Taiwan, Chung-An Hsieh of Hsinchu, Taiwan, and Yueh-Ping Yu of Hualien County, Taiwan, have developed a power supply device.
