ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 21 -- Atsuhiro Takagi of Kariya, Japan, Toyonori Sasaki of Anjo, Japan, Shingo Hattori of Tshushima, Japan, and Tomohiro Kanbe of Nagoya, Japan, have developed an ink cartridge.
