R&B diva Kelly Price to perform free show at Palace

Grammy-nominated R&B star Kelly Price will perform in a free concert on Friday, May 30, at the Palace Theatre, as part of the Franklin County Children's Services Youth Leadership Conference.

Price first made a name for herself as an in-demand background singer and guest vocalist, appearing on a number of hit singles such as Mariah Carey's "Fantasy," the Notorious B.I.G.'s "Mo Money, Mo Problems," and Whitney Houston's "Heartbreak hotel." She has also performed background vocals for Faith Evans, Brian McKnight, and the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin.
