A night of Classics
The sounds of Motown and other acts of yesteryear were performed at Eastmoor Academy.
On Thursday, May 15, the Eastmoor Choral Music Department, displayed its talents by performing classics that made their grandparents proud. Starting on a spiritual note the Mixed Ensemble performed a precisely sang version of "Didn't My Lord Deliver Daniel," before the Men's Chorus' rendition of "Swing Down Chariot" that had a barbershop quartet feel to it.
Paige Croft delivered the solo on the moving "I Know I've been Changed" before the show shifted its gears to Hitsville, U.S.A.
The Mixed Ensemble performed the Temptations' smash "Get Ready" while the Freshman Chorus did a ...
