* Marques Doppler has been named president of KleinBank in Victoria, Minn. Doppler will continue to serve as market president in neighboring Chanhassen as well. Doppler has more than 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined the company in 1997 as president of the bank's office in Montevideo. Minn. He moved to the Chanhassen office in 2004.
