ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 24 -- Paul Andrew Kavitz of Laguna Niguel, Calif., Cameron David John McEachern of San Carlos, Calif., and Thomas G. Woolston of Alexandria, have developed a method for managing dynamic pricing information.
